Many Uses Of Acai Berry

People who have used and eaten this berry have only positive things to say about it, from claiming it to be delicious to attributing many benefits to it. The acai berry is native to the Amazon rainforest region of Brazil and has long been used throughout South America as an energy rich food and as healthful supplements to the diet.

It does make a good addition to salad dressings for a variety of different types of fruit based deserts. The taste has been likened by some to be that of a chocolate and berry mix so some experimentation on non-desert use may be required. It is perfect addition for a variety of different foods. Acai berry juice does not have to be used as a sauce to go over other types of salads, especially fruit salads or it can be used strictly by itself.
